About the Role:
As a proficient Mechanical and Electrical Technician, your responsibilities will include:
- Executing all required mechanical and bodywork tasks on assigned vehicles.
- Dismantling vehicles in preparation for the body shop.
- Conducting inspections, troubleshooting, and diagnostic assessments.
- Requesting replacement components as necessary.
- Reassembling vehicles with new parts to restore them to pre-incident condition.
About You:
We are looking for candidates who can:
- Effectively organize their workload to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs.
- Work skillfully and safely under pressure.
- Perform tasks in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Collaborate as part of a team while also being able to work independently with minimal oversight.
- Exhibit flexibility in their approach to work.
- Consistently maintain high standards with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations, including the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and maintaining cleanliness in work areas.
- Possess experience as a Mechanical and Electrical Technician in a body shop environment, or be a Level 3 qualified Vehicle Technician seeking a transition to bodywork.
