Mobile Security Officer

Ward Security Limited is seeking a skilled and proactive Mobile Services Officer to join our team. As a Mobile Services Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients' premises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
- Respond promptly to security breaches, alarms, or suspicious activities, and take necessary actions to resolve the situation.
- Document and report all incidents, including security breaches, accidents, or unusual occurrences.
- Operate company vehicles to travel between sites, ensuring timely and efficient response to security incidents.
- Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to resolve conflicts or disputes effectively.
Requirements:
- Door Supervisor SIA licence.
- UK Manual Driving licence.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
- A positive attitude to dealing with people and taking on challenges.
Working Hours:
Shift Pattern: Week 1 - Mon, Tues off, Wed, Thurs Nights, Friday off, Sat & Sunday days. Week 2 Mon, Tues nights, Wed, Thurs off, Friday, Saturday, Sunday nights 19:00 – 07:00
