Breakfast Sous Chef

At Park Hyatt London River Thames, we're seeking a skilled Breakfast Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the preparation and service of breakfast, ensuring high-quality cooking, presentation, and consistency across a wide variety of breakfast items.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and develop breakfast menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients, guest preferences, and dietary requirements.
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring efficient stocking, minimizing waste, and controlling food costs in line with hotel budget and sustainability goals.
  • Enforce strict hygiene and sanitation standards, overseeing proper handling, maintenance, and use of kitchen equipment and utensils.
  • Foster collaboration within the breakfast team, mentoring colleagues and maximizing engagement through multi-tasking, flexible scheduling, and coaching.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to deliver an exceptional breakfast experience, optimizing productivity while meeting guest expectations for quality and timely service.
