Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled CCTV Project Manager to join our team at Lidl GB. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering CCTV related projects that drive business value and ensure maximum benefit to the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver CCTV related projects to ensure maximum benefit to the business.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build robust CCTV processes in a data protection compliant way.
  • Prepare and present project feedback and advise stakeholders on next steps.
  • Provide a central contact point for the business on CCTV topics and communicate complex issues to stakeholders of all business areas.
  • Present project proposals and outcomes to Senior Management and the Board of Directors.
  • Utilise AI technologies to enhance CCTV capabilities, such as video analytics, facial recognition, and concealment detection.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders and internal teams on the use and maintenance of CCTV systems and related technologies.
  • Explore SOC opportunities within the business to provide integration of CCTV systems with security operations, enhancing overall situational awareness and response capabilities.
  • Identify and investigate technological advances in the CCTV landscape which may be applicable to our use cases.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager with a focus on CCTV systems and related technology.
  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • A methodical/ analytical approach and great problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • MS Office Professional Suite.
  • It would be beneficial to have an understanding of AI technologies and their application in CCTV systems as well as any experience integrating CCTV systems with security operations.
