Location: Brighton/Hybrid

Salary: £30k to £40k + profit share + benefits

A Client Support Consultant is required by a dynamic financial services organization. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver support for their prominent software solution.

You will engage with a diverse array of esteemed clients, serving as the intermediary between them and various teams including developers, Customer Success Managers, Consultants, and the Infrastructure department.

Ideal candidates will be proactive support professionals who are adept at communicating with both technical and creative individuals.

Key Responsibilities

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role related to Digital Asset Management (DAM) or Software as a Service (SaaS), such as sales, account management, customer success, or software support.

- Proficiency in various applications and technologies, including advanced Excel, CRMs/ticketing systems, HubSpot, Zendesk, and Jira.

- Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS).

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with a wide range of individuals.

- Eagerness to become a product authority and a passion for problem-solving.

- Confidence in translating technical jargon into terms that are easily understood by non-technical audiences.
