Job Title: Advanced Nurse Practitioner Mental Health Primary Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Midlands Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs in a primary care setting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver therapeutic interventions to clients with mental health needs in a community setting.
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team to assess, review, and monitor individuals' health, including reviewing prescribed medications as an NMP.
  • Prioritize physical health needs and promote engagement with screening, assessment, and monitoring of physical health in partnership with primary and secondary care sectors.
Requirements:
  • Qualified/registered mental health nurse with diploma-level equivalent qualification in sphere of professional practice.
  • Additional specialist training, Non-Medical prescribing V30.
  • Evidence of professional updating and development within mental health services.
  • ADHD Specialist Training.
  • Autism Specialist Training.
