Are you eager to enhance your clinical expertise? We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Clinical Lead Nurse to join our Neurosciences Intensive Care Unit. Candidates should have a solid background in critical care, either as a Band 5 or Band 6 nurse. The ideal applicant will be a proactive and assertive Critical Care nurse, adept at making informed decisions for both Level 2 and Level 3 patients. A relevant post-registration qualification in Critical Care or Neurosciences nursing is essential. A degree is preferred, or a commitment to achieving one is required. Strong motivation, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in teaching and mentoring staff are vital. Experience in leadership roles within a clinical environment is highly desirable. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with their Band 7 team leader to further develop their managerial and leadership capabilities. In return, you will be part of a professional team committed to delivering exceptional care to patients and their families.

Job Responsibilities
