Key Responsibilities- Manage a defined and complex caseload, providing expert assessment and treatment to individuals with mental health needs.
- Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with service users, families, and carers to prevent hospital admission.
- Provide proactive risk management approaches to support service users and their families.
- Collaborate with colleagues, primary care, and other partner agencies to deliver effective care plans.
- Advocate for service users, supporting them to access employment, housing, and other resources to promote recovery.

Person Specification- A professional mental health qualification, such as a nursing degree or social work qualification.
- Substantial experience of managing a complex caseload and providing clinical supervision.
