Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a defined and complex caseload, providing expert assessment and treatment to individuals with mental health needs.
  • Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with service users, families, and carers to prevent hospital admission.
  • Provide proactive risk management approaches to support service users and their families.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, primary care, and other partner agencies to deliver effective care plans.
  • Advocate for service users, supporting them to access employment, housing, and other resources to promote recovery.

Person Specification
  • A professional mental health qualification, such as a nursing degree or social work qualification.
