Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Lettings Specialist to join our team at Beresford Adams as a Lettings Negotiator in our Llandudno office. This is a fixed-term contract opportunity that offers a competitive basic salary with uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion

Requirements:

  • Preferably an experienced sales person with a strong track record of generating new business in a target-driven environment
  • Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate with proficiency in MS Office, internet, and email systems
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
