RSK Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join their expanding team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a wide range of projects while leading and mentoring a team of surveyors.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive building surveying services to clients across various sectors. Your expertise will encompass all aspects of the building lifecycle, from initial inspections and condition surveys to dilapidations, contract administration, and project management.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert building surveying advice and guidance on a diverse portfolio of projects.
  • Lead and manage a team of surveyors, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex building challenges.
  • Actively participate in business development activities, identifying new opportunities and expanding the client base.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and exceeding expectations.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulations, and technological advancements.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A relevant RICS accredited university degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline.
  • Chartered membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).
  • Proven experience in providing comprehensive building surveying services across various project types.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.
