Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior or Associate Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team at Capstone Property Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in high-value project-based work and a background in technical Building Surveying.
About the Role:
As a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor, you will work closely with our Building Surveying and Project Management team to undertake projects with a value above £1m. You will be responsible for leading high-value industrial and commercial projects in contract administration and as an employers' agent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake projects with a value above £1m in the industrial and commercial sector
- Lead high-value projects in contract administration and as an employers' agent
- Conduct technical due diligence, defects analysis, and planned preventative maintenance and condition maintenance reports
- Prepare schedules of condition, dilapidations, and pre-acquisition surveys
- Support the delivery of license to alter
Requirements:
- MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor with PQE experience
- Project Management focused
- Ability to lead projects to a high standard
- Industrial and commercial sector experience
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
