About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Gardening Activity Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering gardening activities to our service users, promoting their physical and mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver gardening activities that meet the needs and goals of our service users
  • Work collaboratively with our clients to ensure their safety and well-being during activities
  • Provide guidance and support to our clients with gardening tasks
  • Contribute to the development of a supportive and inclusive environment for our service users
Requirements
  • Good knowledge of gardening and horticulture
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Warm and patient disposition
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion
