About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Gardening Activity Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering gardening activities to our service users, promoting their physical and mental well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver gardening activities that meet the needs and goals of our service users
  • Work collaboratively with our clients to ensure their safety and enjoyment
  • Provide guidance and support to our clients with gardening activities
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive team culture
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A genuine interest in working with older adults and promoting their well-being
  • Good knowledge of gardening and horticulture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A patient and supportive approach
