Opportunity for a Compassionate Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Support Worker to join our team in Telford, Shropshire. You will play a vital role in supporting a young gentleman in his 20s who has a mild learning disability and Autism.
Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and individualized support to the person we assist, ensuring their well-being and safety.
- Implement established routines and communication strategies tailored to the individual's needs.
- Facilitate engaging activities such as outings in the car, outdoor exploration, swimming, and trampoline use.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of daily activities and support provided.
- Collaborate effectively with a team of Support Workers to ensure consistent and high-quality care.

- Proven experience as a Support Worker, particularly with individuals who have learning disabilities and Autism.
