As a Lead Engineering Specialist, you will be an integral part of the development team, delivering exceptional and motivational contributions to the group.

The development team plays a crucial role in providing specialized engineering assistance to the technical department.

Key Responsibilities:


Collaborate closely with engineering teams to produce high-quality visuals, schematics, and documentation that enhance the overall output of the department.

Offer support and mentorship to fellow team members while developing systems and processes that ensure consistency across the board.
Possess expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit, providing guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
Manage specific project tasks as needed, effectively overseeing your own workload and that of others.
Champion innovation by taking the lead in establishing best practices for efficient software utilization and new methodologies.

Experience:
A passion for Revit design is essential. You take pride in producing precise work and are committed to excellence.

Driven to implement continuous improvements, you will leverage your ideas to enhance the quality, accuracy, and efficiency of drawing and model production.

As a proactive learner and self-motivated individual, you possess strong organizational skills to complete projects effectively.

Your ambition to refine existing processes and contribute collaboratively to the technical team is vital.

Extensive experience with Autodesk Revit is required.
Proficient in AutoCAD is essential.
Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)

Desirable Skills:
EngTech MICE Dynamo/Python experience is a plus.
