Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Boutique Recruitment. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods through our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing goods on behalf of customers and suppliers, including offloading and loading vehicles, manual handling, and checking paperwork.
  • Operating forklifts and hand jacks to move goods around the warehouse.
  • Palletizing loose and floor-loaded cargo, stretch wrapping, and banding.
  • Preparing outbound loads for departure, including matching paperwork with freight, labeling, and ULD preparation.
  • Accurately signing off shipments, verifying counts, and reporting any damages.
  • Staging cargo within the warehouse in a safe and orderly manner.
  • Utilizing warehouse booking-in sheets to ensure proper warehouse organization.
  • Maintaining the flow of materials and products in warehouses with varying degrees of complexity.
  • Executing DFT/CAA procedures and regulations at all times, maintaining building perimeter security, and challenging any unauthorized individuals or activities.
  • Handling bonded import freight into the ERTS facility in accordance with regulations and breaking down inbound ULDs as required.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a freight forwarding environment.
  • Current up-to-date forklift certificates.
  • Previous aviation security training to level CO.
  • Familiarity with Waybills, Shipping Manifests, Delivery Orders, etc.
  • Good physical stamina and coordination.
  • Proactive, ambitious, hardworking, and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and/or days.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
