We are seeking a highly experienced and ambitious Sales Director to join our team at CV Bay Ltd. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and growing our sales team to drive new business wins and increase market share within the security sector of the FM industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
- Lead and Mentor Sales Team: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team to drive new business opportunities and expand our market presence.
- Identify and Secure New Business Opportunities: Identify and secure new business opportunities through strategic planning and hands-on sales efforts.
- Collaborate with Senior Management: Collaborate with senior management to align sales strategies with company objectives and growth plans.
- Market Analysis and Research: Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine our sales approach and stay ahead of the competition.
- Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to enhance our reputation and market position.
- Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a senior sales role, within the Facilities Management or Security Services sector.
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
- Leadership and Team-Building Skills: Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience in managing and developing sales teams.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to new business development and client management.
- Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ambition and Motivation: Ambitious, motivated, and excited by the prospect of working in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
