We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at Dalkia UK. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in proactive planning of works to ensure completion within scheduled completion dates.
- Request call outs and arrange subcontractor attendance on project works.
- Follow up on outdated works and works not completed with subcontractors.
- Operate the Dalkia "CPA" system to raise purchase orders, timesheet entries, and invoice queries in line with Dalkia policies.
- Provide support on the helpdesk when required.
- Interact with engineers and subcontractors to help deliver works successfully.
- GCSE (or 'O' Level equivalent) passes in Maths and English or recognised equivalent.
- An understanding of and experience with project works environments.
- An understanding of key deliverables of a Programme of works and experience in the use of applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
