Role Responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic, attentive, and enthusiastic individual to become a key member of our friendly team at Watergate Bay Hotel. As a front of house cleaning assistant, you will be essential in maintaining a pristine, safe, and inviting environment daily. You will thrive in a behind-the-scenes role while being approachable and cordial with all guests and staff. Your attention to detail will ensure that even the smallest aspects of cleanliness are addressed and appreciated.

Your contributions will be part of a dedicated team committed to delivering outstanding service. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to uphold high cleanliness standards, creating a pleasant atmosphere for both employees and visitors. Daily Tasks May Include:

  • Regularly cleaning and restocking all public and staff restrooms, including specific areas to maintain exceptional cleanliness.
  • Ensuring the reception area remains clean and well-kept throughout the day.
  • Vacuuming and cleaning all staircases, including handrails.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the pool changing rooms and swimming pool area.
  • Washing and cleaning internal windows in various hotel areas daily.
  • Assisting the reception team with luggage handling for guests.
  • Weekly cleaning of all office spaces.
  • Providing support to housekeeping assistants as needed.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in communal areas throughout the day.
  • Performing additional tasks as directed by the Head Housekeeper or Assistant Head Housekeeper.
