Position Overview:

We are seeking a vibrant, attentive, and dynamic individual to become a key member of our friendly team at Watergate Bay Hotel. The role of the front of house cleaning assistant is crucial in maintaining a pristine, safe, and visually appealing environment every day. You will prefer working behind the scenes while being approachable and cordial with all guests and staff. You will recognize the significance of your contributions and take pride in addressing even the smallest details.

As part of our dedicated team, you will be committed to delivering outstanding service. You will collaborate closely with your colleagues to uphold high cleanliness standards and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for both employees and visitors. This is a permanent role that offers all the advantages of being part of our core team. Daily Responsibilities:

  • Regularly clean and restock all public and staff restrooms, including specialized areas, to maintain exceptional cleanliness.
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean and well-kept throughout the day.
  • Vacuum and maintain all staircases, including handrails.
  • Clean the changing rooms and pool area to uphold hygiene standards.
  • Wash and clean internal windows in various areas on a daily basis.
  • Assist the reception team with luggage handling as needed.
  • Conduct weekly cleaning of all office spaces.
  • Support housekeeping staff as required.
  • Maintain cleanliness in communal areas throughout the day.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by the Head Housekeeper or Assistant Head Housekeeper.
