Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a team of Area Managers to drive operational performance and achieve excellence in safety, quality, and productivity.
- Lead operational teams to improve site performance, analyze data to enhance efficiency, and implement initiatives to boost operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Finance, Health and Safety, and Security, to drive business outcomes.
- Design and execute strategic initiatives to enhance operational performance, improve processes, and drive business growth.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience in people and stakeholder management, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
- Experience utilizing data to inform business decisions and drive operational improvements.
- Experience in production and supply chain management, with a strong understanding of logistics and distribution processes.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies, with a proven track record of implementing process improvements.
- Experience in logistics and transportation management, with a strong understanding of transportation modes and logistics networks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
