We are seeking a highly motivated Agile Product Owner to drive business improvement and strategic growth at Solus Accident Repair Centres. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into tangible outcomes, while providing a proactive forward-looking approach.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape the business strategy and drive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Agile values and principles, as well as Scrum framework.
- Maximise, manage, and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.
- Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to refine requirements and build acceptance criteria.
- Provide subject matter expertise to the development team and support the demonstration of production and tracking of standard Agile metrics.
- Remove impediments to delivery in line with policy, process, and guidelines, applying business knowledge and expertise.
- Liaise with stakeholders and third-parties to generate ideas and drive change, being decisive and willing to experiment within acceptable risk appetite.
- Prioritise tasks and deliveries for the team while maximising value.
- Exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to synthesise complex information into clear, concise reporting for senior stakeholders.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills at all levels.
- Embracing and managing change, with a positive approach to resolving problems and a solution mentality.
