About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty Manager to join our Centre Management Team at Freedom Leisure. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and running of the leisure centre to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of operational staff to deliver exceptional customer service and experiences.
  • Contribute to and understand the business and budgetary performance of the centre.
  • Be a proactive member of the leisure centre team, driving innovation and improvement initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a Duty Management or similar role, with a strong track record of delivering results.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills, with the ability to think on your feet.
  • Ability to work flexibly and autonomously, with a high level of decision-making confidence.
  • Passion for the leisure industry, with a commitment to continuous professional development.
