We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
- Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality care and support
Requirements:
- No prior social care experience necessary
- Compassionate and caring attitude
- Ability to learn new skills and develop knowledge
- Resilience and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
