About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Estimator to join our team at Knight Electrical Switchgear Ltd. As an Electrical Estimator, you will play a crucial role in estimating low voltage switchboards and similar products to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating detailed outline switchgear designs and bills of materials to customer specifications
  • Obtaining and evaluating quotations from key suppliers
  • Preparing customer quotations using template documentation
  • Periodic follow-up calls to customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in electrical estimating or engineering
  • Electrically qualified or qualified by experience
  • Customer-focused (internal and external) and commercially aware
  • Familiarity with LV electrical systems
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines without compromising quality
