About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behaviour Support Mentors to join our team at Protocol Education. As a Behaviour Support Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work directly with students who have a range of needs, including Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and communication difficulties
  • Help students thrive and achieve their full potential, guided by experienced Class Teachers and Senior Leaders
  • Contribute to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Requirements
  • Experience with PECS, Makaton, or early interventions is desirable
  • Passion for SEND support and a commitment to helping every child succeed
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt learning tasks
