Siamo Recruitment is collaborating with a dynamic and successful organization in search of an Office Administrator to assist during a particularly busy phase.

As the Office Administrator, you will be essential in providing support to the team through various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will encompass scanning documents, organizing files, entering data into systems, and utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word effectively.

The ideal candidate will possess a natural charisma and strategic mindset, taking ownership of their duties while ensuring compliance with established standards. This position is office-based, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 08:30 AM to 05:00 PM, and on Fridays from 08:30 AM until completion of tasks.
