Sales Development Manager Opportunity

Contract Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is ideal for a problem solver who is commercially minded, driven, and has a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by developing warm and organic leads into clients and partners
  • Research and identify high-value leads to expand the sales pipeline
  • Deliver proposals and negotiate agreements with decision-makers via various communication channels
  • Manage a pipeline of projects from initial contact to successful delivery
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution

Requirements:

  • Commercially minded with a strong understanding of sales principles
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn and adapt

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £27k with uncapped commission
  • Average OTE ranging between £50 - £60k+
