Assistant General Manager, O2 Apollo Manchester

The Assistant General Manager is a key position within our team, responsible for a variety of duties that contribute to the effective management and smooth running of O2 Apollo Manchester. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about the entertainment industry and motivated to deliver an outstanding experience to all clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage live performances and events, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Oversee venue operations, including health and safety regulations and licensing
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers
- Lead a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent service delivery
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
- Proven experience in the live entertainment industry or venue management
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and licensing requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages
- Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays
