Job Title: Sales Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Exeter-based team at Cathedral Appointments | South West Recruitment. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage web orders, including exporting to Sage, preparing shipping labels, and raising invoices.
  • Coordinate with couriers and customers to ensure timely deliveries and handle any delays.
  • Assist with transport arrangements for trade customers and warehouse operations.
  • Conduct stock takes, spot checks, and audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Excellent administration and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, and experience with SAP would be an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal skills for effective communication with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, and/or customer service is desirable.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to support all departments of the business.

Benefits:

  • Salary £24k - £26,625 max.
