Export Sales Order Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Export Sales Order Coordinator to join our team at Quest Personal Care Global Ltd. As an Export Sales Order Coordinator, you will play a critical role in managing export orders from initial inquiry through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process warehouse export sales orders as required by the customer, including EXW, FOB, DDP, and CIF.
- Utilize SAP to check for stock availability, update export delivery notes, and process invoices.
- Provide export sales support administration for our overseas-based Export sales team.
- Liaise with overseas factories in China and manage shipments from China to customers.
- Create new product forms, update images, and product details onto our portal.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience dealing with overseas commercial customers, confident with relevant shipping documents, Bills of Lading, packing lists, etc.
- Knowledge of SAP is ideal but not essential.
