Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sports Graduate to join our team as an Unqualified Teacher. As a key member of our academic support team, you will play a vital role in inspiring and motivating our students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teaching and tutoring Key Stage 4 and 5 pupils in a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans and materials to cater to the needs of our students.
  • Working closely with our experienced sports team to provide comprehensive support and guidance to our students.
  • Mentoring and supporting students in their academic and personal development, helping them to set and achieve their goals.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to student support and development.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in a sports-related field or a related subject.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meeting the needs of our students.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of our students.
  • Competitive salary range: £22,500 - £26,500 per annum.
