As a key member of our credit control function, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely collections of funds, resolving customer queries, and maintaining accurate customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist senior controllers in ensuring cash is collected to terms.
- Timely and effective collection of all debts.
- Deal with customer queries via phone and email.
- Convert manual payers to auto-pay.
- Reconcile customer accounts and reduce unallocated cash.
- Minimum of 18 months experience in credit control/accounts receivable function.
- Ability to reconcile complex accounts and possess excellent attention to detail.
- Competence in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP & PIVOT) and accounting software programs.
- Self-motivation: Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines without direct supervision.
- Holidays: 25 basic holidays with the option to grow up to 30 with service, plus your birthday off and bank holidays.
