HR Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our team at Henlee Resourcing. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading and delivering an efficient and effective HR operational service to our business.
Key Responsibilities- HR Operations Management
- Oversee and supervise all HR administration day-to-day tasks and processes
- Ensure the onboarding and offboarding process is efficient
- Deliver and coordinate all HR operational activity in the annual planner within defined timeframes
- Escalate technical and strategic matters that require support from employment consultants
- Act as a key point of contact for relevant business units and service teams, providing a consultative advisory service to managers and staff on all employee matters
- Degree-level qualification in HR or a business-related field, or full CIPD qualification
- Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
- Experience of working in a professional services or similar background
- Experience of managing others
- Proficient in HR systems with the ability to produce and analyze data
- Proven experience in streamlining and improving processes
- Experience of leading HR projects
- Able to provide pragmatic and commercial HR advice
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Ability to act confidentially and diplomatically
