Your Role

As a Retail Media Strategist, you'll manage the setup, execution, and fine-tuning of retail media ad campaigns to achieve performance targets. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Strategic Planning: Create and execute programmatic strategies to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Evaluate campaign performance metrics to spot trends, gain insights, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget Oversight: Effectively manage and distribute advertising budgets across campaigns to achieve peak performance.
  • Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure campaigns adhere to industry regulations and standards, conducting regular quality assurance checks to maintain campaign integrity.

We're looking for someone with extensive knowledge of retail media advertising (Amazon Ads, Criteo) or search advertising (Google Ads). You'll be highly skilled in analysis and data interpretation, with expertise in using analytical tools. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are a must, as well as a passion for driving profitable growth for clients through retail media strategies. Familiarity with ad technologies and platforms such as Amazon Ads, Criteo, Pacvue, Helium 10, etc. is a plus.
