Conduct Risk Assessments and AuditsConduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide Expert Guidance and TrainingProvide expert guidance and training to employees on health and safety matters, including emergency procedures and incident reporting.
Liaise with External BodiesLiaise with external bodies, such as regulatory agencies and insurance providers, to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Investigate Incidents and AccidentsInvestigate incidents and accidents, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
Requirements- Relevant Qualifications
Relevant qualifications in health and safety, such as NEBOSH or IOSH.
Proven ExperienceProven experience in a health and safety management role, preferably in a similar industry or environment.
Strong Knowledge and SkillsStrong knowledge of health and safety legislation and best practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Leadership and Problem-SolvingAbility to lead, influence, and engage employees at all levels, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
