About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our team at HC-One. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in leading our care team to provide personalized care to our residents, meeting and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided and make improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
Requirements
  • NVQ level 3 in Adult Care
  • At least 12 months experience of being a Deputy Manager / Team Leader in a Residential Care Home Setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Passion for delivering high-quality care and making a positive impact on residents' lives
