Senior Site Operative

If you possess experience in a civil engineering or construction setting, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will leverage your expertise to collaborate with our site team, ensuring the effective execution of our project schedule. You will work closely with a Ganger to assist in organizing resources, equipment, and materials necessary for the completion of tasks. Additionally, you will be expected to establish standards and serve as a mentor to junior team members.

A positive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented attitude is essential, along with strong relationship-building skills. You should have robust Civil Engineering knowledge and experience in areas such as earthworks, drainage, structures, and concrete work, as well as a solid understanding of safety protocols.

The Ideal Candidate will possess:

  • Experience in a civil construction environment.
  • A valid driving license.
  • Dumper and Roller certifications.
  • A current CSCS card.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
