Job Title: Senior Site Agent

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Agent to join our team at Carrington West. As a Senior Site Agent, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and within budgetary constraints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate effectively with designers and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
  • Work closely with the Senior Project Manager, estimating, and commercial teams to develop and secure robust budgets and project submissions.
  • Facilitate collaborative workshops as needed to drive project progress and innovation.
  • Ensure adherence to commercial processes in procurement activities, striving for optimal value.
  • Oversee all pre-commencement and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance before project initiation.
  • Plan and execute the project lifecycle, from inception to completion, ensuring all Temporary Works (TW) processes are implemented.
  • Champion the adoption of innovative technologies and techniques to enhance project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the Risk Manager to identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
  • Take ownership of project delivery and quality standards, ensuring adherence to specifications.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • HNC/Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Membership of a relevant professional institution
  • Temporary Works Coordinator certification
  • Utility Service Coordinator experience
