Job Title: Physiotherapist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at West Middlesex Hospital. As a Physiotherapist, you will work within the Medical Rehabilitation service, providing high-quality care to patients with a range of conditions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide physiotherapy services to patients with respiratory, orthopaedic, medical, and neurological conditions.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement discharge plans.
  • Manage complex rehabilitation cases, requiring strong physiotherapy skills and the ability to work autonomously under pressure.
  • Contribute to the development of the Medical Rehabilitation service, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient care.
Requirements:
  • Physiotherapy degree (BSc) or diploma.
  • HCPC Registration.
  • NHS acute experience.
  • Discharge planning experience.
  • Experience in acute medicine, respiratory, orthopaedics, and neurology.
  • Minimum 2 years of post-graduate experience.
  • At least 6 months recent NHS experience within the last 3 years.
  • Ability to pass an enhanced background check.
