Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Counter Operations Manager to oversee the front-of-house operations of Hi-Rise Bread Co. and Hi-Rise Sweets. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of Shift Leads and counter employees, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Set and maintain operational and customer service standards for front-of-house staff at both locations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks.
- Hands-on Support: Provide direct support for front-of-house operations, including training and development of staff members.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and POS systems to optimize sales and minimize waste.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and create schedules for front-of-house staff while adhering to budgetary constraints.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media strategy to engage with customers and promote Hi-Rise products.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a café or bakery setting with barista training.
- Passion for Food: Passion for food and eagerness to learn about Hi-Rise products and processes.
- Leadership Skills: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, lead by example, and delegate effectively.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Commitment: Commitment to at least one year of employment.
Benefits:
- Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000 DOE.
