Key Responsibilities

As a Temporary Secondary Educator with Teaching Personnel, your role will involve:

  • Providing high-quality educational experiences across a range of secondary school subjects.
  • Implementing and adapting pre-prepared lesson plans during the absence of regular educators.
  • Effectively managing classroom behavior to foster a conducive learning atmosphere.
  • Evaluating and reporting on student progress in accordance with school policies.
  • Collaborating with school personnel to support the academic growth of students.
  • Upholding professional standards and nurturing positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
Qualifications

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching credential.
  • Experience in teaching at the secondary level.
  • Strong skills in classroom management.
  • The ability to swiftly adapt to diverse school environments and teaching styles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A valid Enhanced DBS check (or the willingness to obtain one through Teaching Personnel).
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

All quoted pay rates will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for permanent opportunities in the future.
