About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Autism Support Worker to join our team at Protocol Education. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting students with autism in a dynamic and inclusive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group support to students with autism, promoting their engagement and participation in class activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective behavior management strategies, ensuring a safe and supportive learning environment.
  • Assist students in navigating their daily schedules, providing essential support and guidance.
  • Partner with colleagues to create and implement Education Healthcare Plans (EHCPs), ensuring a tailored approach to each student's needs.
