**Job Summary**
Tecrec (Engineering Recruitment Specialists) Ltd is seeking a Technical Engineering Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial sites throughout London and Southeast. The ideal candidate will have experience and qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Air Conditioning.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Review engineer job sheets to ensure quality of detail
* Ensure best practice and SFG 20 is adhered to
* Review follow-on works and engage contractors to quote
* Ensure quotes are best value and challenge where necessary
* Work with Account Manager to ensure compliance is up to date
* Collaborate with PPM coordinator and reactive coordinator to prioritize jobs in line with contract SLAs and maintain high KPI percentages
* Conduct team meetings with engineers
**What We Offer**
* Up to £58,000 per annum

**Requirements**
* Experience and qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Air Conditioning
* Ability to manage a team of mobile engineers
