  • Team Management - Lead and inspire your team to maintain high operational standards across the property. Actively participate in the recruitment and development processes, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and HR policies.
  • Contractor Oversight - Collaborate with site team members to supervise contractor management practices, utilizing company systems to ensure effective implementation of contracts and monitoring contractor performance to uphold the highest standards.
  • Asset Oversight - Assist in the ongoing management of property assets, focusing on the timely completion of planned maintenance, risk mitigation tasks, and mobilization activities.
  • Mobilization Support - Aid in the company's mobilization efforts by coordinating with clients, support teams, and other stakeholders involved in the site mobilization process. Ensure that all mobilization tasks are thoroughly completed and documented in the appropriate systems.
  • Health & Safety Advocacy - Act as a Health & Safety advocate within the property. Take responsibility for identifying and addressing risks. Collaborate with team members, clients, support teams, contractors, and customers to maintain high standards of health & safety and risk management.

Location: Southall (UB1) (accessible via public transport)

Salary: £32,000-£34,000 per annum (commensurate with experience)
