We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a reputable Primary School in the Suffolk area. This is a long-term supply position covering Year 2/3, starting in September 2024.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with classroom teachers to deliver engaging lessons and activities.
- Provide individualized support to students, promoting their academic and personal growth.
- Assist with classroom management and maintain a safe learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and offer feedback to teachers.
- Strong knowledge of the Year 2/3 curriculum.
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting.
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable.
- Verifiable references from previous employers or placements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and supporting students' learning journey.
