Job Title: Senior Service Advisor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Advisor to join our team at Tapp Recruit Ltd. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be responsible for coordinating the activities of employees in the workshop and front of house team to ensure the highest quality of work is carried out at all times.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Control and coordinate the activities of employees in the workshop and front of house team to ensure the highest quality of work is carried out at all times.
  • Deal with customers at the front counter, digitally and over the telephone, recording their requirements as required in a professional and polite manner.
  • Obtain relevant information from the customer and transfer this information to a repair order for technicians to operate from.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction and communication at all times.
  • Utilize labour hours available.
  • Sell additional work and services available.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a main dealer environment and be VAG accredited. However, we are open to considering candidates with other relevant experience.
