About the Role

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a Shift Manager at Butlin's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring daily operational plans are fulfilled by leading and motivating a team of staff to deliver exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional service to our guests
  • Ensure daily operational plans are fulfilled and that relevant tasks and objectives are being carried out by the team
  • Support and coach the team to ensure they are delivering a great experience for our guests
  • Drive key targets such as add-on sales or promotions
  • Manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly to changing requirements

About You

We are looking for an experienced leader from within an F&B environment who can support the team to deliver fantastic service. You will have experience in training and coaching the team in a fun-filled environment to deliver an excellent experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in leading within a busy restaurant, bar or retail environment
  • Ability to direct and respond in any situation while delivering consistent brand standards
  • Strong leadership skills to inspire the team to deliver amazing results for our teams and guests every day
