About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end processing of the monthly payroll for staff, including international payroll processing and project groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support with payroll processing activities, including one-off payments, season ticket and bicycle loans, tax uploads, and reconciliations.
  • Check payroll changes and ensure accuracy.
  • Participate in project groups focusing on various topics, including international payroll processing.
  • Develop and maintain strong payroll processing skills and knowledge of payroll legislation and processes.
Requirements
  • Strong payroll processing experience and a solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
