ELC Advisor - Newcastle WDF - 18 Hours

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused ELC Advisor to join our team in Newcastle. As an ELC Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers, while achieving sales targets and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide best-in-class customer service and product knowledge to customers
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of store presentation
  • Develop strong working relationships with colleagues, managers, and retailers
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge and skills
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals

Requirements

  • Previous retail industry experience, preferably in beauty or luxury goods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Flexibility to work variable shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
  • Ability to maintain high standards of timekeeping and adhere to company policies and procedures
